  1. Open the self-dispensing box and locate the built-in metal cutting edge.
  2. Pull the desired length of foil from the roll toward the cutting edge. 
  3. Cut the foil to your preferred size for your hair length and thickness. 
  4. Wrap the foil smoothly around sections of hair, starting from the roots and working toward the ends.
  5.  Ensure the foil is folded securely at the edges to hold color or treatment in place.
  6. Leave foil on for the recommended time based on your coloring or treatment product. 
  7. Carefully unwrap and rinse hair thoroughly. Store the roll in a cool, dry place and keep the box closed between uses to maintain foil quality.
