1. Start with clean, damp hair. Shampoo and towel-dry thoroughly, leaving hair slightly moist.

2. Section your hair into 4-6 manageable parts using clips. Begin with the back sections.

3. Apply the wave/curl solution evenly from roots to ends, saturating each section completely. Work methodically to ensure even coverage.

4. Set a timer according to your hair type and desired curl intensity (typically 10-20 minutes). Check progress periodically.

5. Rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water until water runs clear. Do not skip this step.

6. Apply the neutralizer solution to lock in the wave or curl pattern. Leave on for the recommended time.

7. Rinse again with cool water to close the hair cuticle and seal results.

8. Gently squeeze out excess water and style as desired. Avoid washing hair for 48 hours after treatment for best results.

Tip: For best results, perform a patch test 24 hours before application. Always follow included instructions carefully and wear protective gloves throughout the process.
