Shipping policy

At Vidux Beauty, we work to keep shipping fast, reliable, and affordable. Most orders are processed and shipped by the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Continental U.S. Shipping

For orders shipping to the contiguous 48 states and Washington, D.C.:

  • Orders under $79: $9.95 flat-rate shipping

  • Orders of $79 or more: Free standard shipping

We select the most appropriate available ground service from USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Delivery estimates are displayed at checkout and include our next-business-day fulfillment time.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, and Military Addresses

Shipping charges for Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO military addresses are calculated at checkout based on the destination, package weight and dimensions, and available carrier service.

The $9.95 flat rate and free-shipping offer do not apply to these destinations. Available services may vary by address.

International Shipping

When international shipping is available, rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order details. Customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or import charges not collected during checkout.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates provided using our fulfillment time and the carrier’s expected transit time. Weather, carrier disruptions, holidays, remote destinations, and other circumstances outside our control may cause delays.

Restricted Products

Certain aerosols, alcohol-based products, flammable liquids, and other regulated products may be restricted from air transportation or shipment to particular destinations. If an item cannot legally or safely be shipped to the selected address, we will contact the customer.

Partner-Fulfilled Products

Some products may be fulfilled directly by an approved supplier through Shopify Collective. These items may ship separately, have different delivery times, and display separate shipping charges at checkout.
