Wet your hair thoroughly with lukewarm water. Apply a quarter-sized amount of shampoo to your scalp and massage gently with your fingertips for 1-2 minutes, working the lather through your hair from roots to ends. Rinse completely with clean water until all shampoo is removed. For best results, use daily or as needed. Follow with conditioner if desired.
