For Hands: Wet hands with water. Dispense a small amount of soap onto palms. Rub hands together vigorously for 20 seconds, ensuring coverage between fingers and under nails. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and pat dry.

For Hair: Wet hair completely with warm water. Apply a quarter-sized amount to scalp and hair. Massage gently into a lather, working from roots to ends. Rinse thoroughly until all soap is removed. Repeat if needed for extra cleansing.
